It's differnet for sure, lived there for a while and traveled everywhere less western europe / russa.
I can say it was nice. Everyone goes topless or naked on the beach and I mean everyone. If you don't you stand out, kinda like when in Rome do what the Romans do kinda thing.
I actually had a blast living there, that was my first run in with fun cars (Audi 100 back then).
