Don't have much to say about the rattling since I have an h3 as for the noise that's a hummer for ya I've been in several h2's and many h3's and around that speed a lot of wind noise just occurs because the car is not aerodynamic at all.you may want to check your sunroof see if anything became slightly unmounted that may add to a bit more wind noise.
