Its made by tiger tool. Mine has been used alot and is still perfect. Also to add to what ROUSHDEMON said, lift the front bumper up a inch or so then remove your hands quickly and let it settle before you measure each time an adjustment is made to the torsion bar and check all the tire pressures and make them all the same.
