I just bought a like new set off of Craigs list for $150 including the rock rails. The guy had them listed at $400 to start and ended up dropping them down to the $150 I paid; I didn't even feel the need to haggle like I usually do--just sent him the cash.
The first set I bought was from a fellow forum member who let all 4 go for $50, and it cost $55 to have them shipped. Granted, that set needs fresh powder coat, and we have a guy willing to do that for us for $100, which isn't bad at all considering they need to be blasted first.
I'd suggest posting up in the "wanted" section of a couple forums and see if you have anybody willing to let a set go.
