I would like to sell this please let me know if you are interested. I will not know the specific model # until I pull it but it is coming out of a 2005 H2 with the Y91 and Y92 option. If you are interested, please make an offer via a PM.

It also has the costaltech lockpick for backup camera and the aux input so you can hook rear seat headrest DVDs up. It also has audio outputs to hookup RF headphones.
