Includes everything but the 5 bolts to mount it to the truck.
Complete mount, latch, grommet for license plate light wire, license plate light wire and light, and the locking pin.
Cover is not included, but I'll throw it in for another $100.
$650 for mount and cover shipped, $550 for just the mount shipped.
$450 for mount and cover picked up, $350 for just the mount picked up.
