That seems to be where we differ...I bought mine because of it's capability. I wanted a full-size, recreational off-roader, the fact that it 'looked bad ass' and whatnot were secondary pluses. That's why some mods make sense to me and others seem completely ridiculous.

I'm a 'right tool for the job' kinda of guy...if I wanna drive a nail, I use a hammer; if I wanna screw a screw I use a screw driver. Sure I could drive the screw with the hammer...but why? That's not what it's for. I see Hummers as off-roaders, to keep them on the street 100% just seems like the wrong tool for the job. Don't get me wrong...it's got 4 wheels and it will roll over pavement just fine, but still the wrong too for the job in my book.

No...they should do what they want; like you said before, "It's theirs." It's just doesn't make sense to me to customize it any other way...maybe I'm muddling the term 'customize' with 'enhance.'
