Thanks Mark, but it is unfortunately in NH, and that view turns depressing rather quickly and lasts for maybe 8+ months... Plus all you see are trees and woods here, it really isn't all it's cracked up to be... I would gladly trade you for North Carolina...
I also just realized now that I don't have a winter bomb!
