Default Tire change

I was at the store and picked up a nail in my right rear tire. When I came out my first thought was that the air suspension had gone bad, but then I saw the tire. Thankfully there was a young man more than willing to help me, so I didn't have to call AAA. I'd never taken the spare tire off and finally figured out that when you swing it out, there's a wing nut on the back to get the license plate off. Then the lug wrench makes fast work of the 8 bolts that hold the tire on.
By this time another nice man in his 20s came over to help and he had a hydraulic jack in his pickup we put under the rear axle. The asphalt was hot and soft and I wish we would have had a wood plate to put under the jack, because we left a slight indentation in the asphalt. I went inside and bought a pair of jack stands just to be on the safe side. I also carry blocks under the seat and we blocked the front tires. They were both VERY helpful and interested in the H2. Who says you don't meet nice people at Walmart? Thank you Bob and Eric! I gave Eric the new jack stands and both of them some cash - but they both refused the cash. My faith in humanity has been restored.
