There is a time and a place for Harbor Freight tools. Putting tires on any vehicle is not one of them. I can tell you from personal experience that the impact you buy from harbour freight will NOT torque those lug nuts tite enough to keep those wheels on. You need to hand torque your wheels with a torque wrench or get a real impact air/cordless that actuall has over 400 ft./lbs of WORKING torque with a torque stick to do the job right.

I can go on and on about why not to buy crap from Harbour Freight but im pretty sure everyone here knows why they should not spend there money their.

You get what you pay for in life and this could not be more true when it comes to tools.

Wait my friend .. You are saying the torque for the lug nuts is over 400 Really Im in Shock ... I hope you never need to change a flat tire if going over 400lb ..

The manual spec is 140lb/ft . Plus if the tool is good enough to remove the lug nuts then it is good to installed ( removing those lug nuts takes a lot of more power than install them )

About tools quality . I agree with you all tools produced in China and other poor quality control country are not the top of the line BUT also most of the expensive tools you are paying as GQT ( great quality tools ) are manufactured under those poor quality standards ... Do not believe me . Just go any tool supply and look at the boxes . I can assure you the 90% is marked as made in china .

The fact of believe in a brand just cause the name is so wrong that it is destroying all this economy . A quick explanation .

All this well recognized brands are just playing with our minds . Before moving out the States they paid a employee around $12 x hour plus all benefits , they need to complies with the high quality standard imposed by this country .They used good raw material, etc
Now what happened , they move the factories offshore , pay 12 employees with $10 and there is absolutely no quality control to accomplish , plus cheap raw materials
However they are selling at the same price than before . So they making 15 times more money now ... Why would those company came back to this country ? No need to , while lot of people are still paying for Supposedly high quality tools with a know brand name ..

Anyway . just my 2 cents ..
