Default Control arms - Ball joints

I have a question about upper control arms (UCA). I noticed two different models from Moog.

CK620054
Front Upper; Incl. powdered-metal gusher bearing to allow grease to penetrate bearing surfaces; Standard bushing

CK620053
Front Upper; Incl. powdered-metal gusher bearing to allow grease to penetrate bearing surfaces; Incl. offset bushings offering an additional 2 degrees of camber change

1) Would CK620053 be a better option if I do leveling keys to aid in camber/alignment?

2) I plan on using my 20 ton shop press for the ball joints, and when I remove the lower control arms to replace the joints and bushings do I need to worry about the torsion bars? In other words do I need to decompress the torsion bars via the torsion keys?

Thanks
