We removed the door panel, and then took the window out cuz neither one of us have small, tiny hands.
Once you get the hang of it, the rest go faster. No gotcha's that I can think of, other than SMA sent the buckets for an 06 and I have an 05. The front passenger side was missing the key hole for the lock assembly. Good luck!
