Well it's official. The sub is in ohm heaven now. May it rest in peace. I went out a couple of hours ago to listen to the noise, and when I opened the back the sub made a horrible death rattle and.......poof! After it died......the rest of the speakers sounded just great. When I talked to the dealership today, their reaction was "huh"......that's a first for us. They said they will have a loaner for me at 7am Monday. I'll post back on this topic after it's fixed to confirm the results/outcome.
