Bebe, Park Royal is my dealership. They used to be great but they underwent ownership change and my service has been crappy ever since. They lost most of their good mechanics. I know the head of the Hummer dept posts here, but sorry, just telling it how it is.
I've heard winkle is a very good shop. Infact I think Rod Hall Racing is involved with them somehow. Thats a long drive for service but may be worth it. BP knows them well, call and ask him for more info.
I refuse to deal with Fitzpatrick ever since we bought a Tahoe from them (faxed a copy of check). They called the morning we were to pick it up and said it had been sold to someone else, give them a couple of days to get another in white.
I reluctantly went back when I was desparate for an H2, they pulled the same crap - Make the deal and then tell me they need to keep it for 10 days to put in sun valley mall. Thats when I went to what was then Team Hummer.
BTW, my best friend was a GM mechanic (now works on Rovers). He tells me bad surveys NoMoGMPG guy is talking about really screw them with GM. Ever get a letter from the dealership asking you to fill it out "100% satisfied" Theres a reason for that. I think it even effects cash flow.
