Those are AMG factory 17 inch one piece almuinum rims. Changing tires on those wheels with out the runflats is just like changing a regular tire. With the runflats its a real apin in the ass, and your only real option to install them is at the dealership (they require some special tools). If you choose to remove your runflats (provided you still have them) any shop that deals with large tires should be able to do the job. What tires are you going to buy next?
