Don't forget to put a little grease on the steering stops, it gets ride of the "crunch" when turning tight going through bumps.
If you don't know what they look like , just turn it the wheels till they stop and look at the bottom of the knuck where it touchs the control arm.
ps,
Don't use wheel bearing grease in the tie rods ,ball joints ,etc... its not thick enough to dampen vibration , and will lead to failure of the parts.
use a good lithium grease. I use the grayish looking "high pressure" grease. its the toughest and won't wash out.
