35 psi is a good amount of pressure to run. 30 psi will give you a better ride, but wear on the tires more quickly (the tires you have are discontinued if you didnt already know). 40 psi will be a very harsh ride so I wouldent reccomend going that high. If you run your tire pressure to high you will wear the center sections of tread out more quickly so avoid running over 40 psi. At 35 psi you get a decent ride quality, good tire wear, and the best fuel economy that you can possibly get in a HUMMER.
