Excuse my ignorance, but what is PAC? My On-Star isn't working because I have the Eclipse Nav. The dealer tells me that it is working but they can't get sound and there is nothing they can do about it. The line will open, but I can't hear On-Star and they can't hear me. My dealer can't figure out how to get it linked into my sound. Doesn't make sense to me

If there is a way around this I would love to be able to tell them that there is an option. Being able to have my steering controls back would be great too!
