Paragon, Unfortunately, I happen to live in the Peoples Republic of Maryland! No CC Law nor even reciprocity for neighboring states. Every day we have to ponder the quote ... is it better to be tried by 12 or carried by 6? ....EVERY single law enforcement friend I have recommends the Trial option.....
