You can get alarms installed that can "trigger" other devices. In your case, have it trigger the 1 or 2 button for the seat memory controls - which will also set your mirrors.
In order to do a 2-person trigger, your best bet would be to have the trigger on an accessory button of the remote as each remote will act the same as the other. Each person's remote (if remote is programmable) can then have the trigger pulse seat control 1 or 2. The downside to this is that you would have two buttons to push when entering.
Are you able to get the seat/mirror control to work from the OEM remote the way the manual says now, in which each remote controls person 1 or 2 memory?
