It isn't too difficult a job but can be time consumming. The early productin models had the tow hooks attached to bumper assy from the inside. If you have this style you will have to remove the front bumper and remove the small bolts holding the tow hook on. Halfway through production they changed this too a screw in the center of the tow hook on the out side. All you ave to do to see which you have is looks at the center of the hook, if you see a screw you have the easy one. I noticed in the above directions it says to remove the wheel house liners. You do not have to remove the liners. All you have to remove is the bumper. There are 2 small platic push clips all the way to the front of the liners you will have to remove. You have to remove the front skid plate to access 2 bolts under it. then there are 2 bolts on each side of the bumper that attach to support brackets. Then all you have left is the bolts going through the D-rings. before you pull the bumper all the way out disconnect the lights. once you get the bumper off and remove the 2 inner screws on the Drings throw the screws away and put the bumper back on.
