quote:
just to clarify, you couldn't get a new H1 for anywhere near 10,k more than a new H2.... right? If you know of somewhere that's selling H1's for that, I'd sure like to know!

Frank it can and has been done. You have to be in the right place at the right time. If you're interested you need to go to a dealer who sells H2's. They are required to carry 1 or 2 H1's to maintain their franchise. Some of these places are willing to let one go to get it off their lot. The loss is subsidized with H2 sales. It takes some work so plan on searching for at least 2 months and up to 4 to find the truck you want. I did all the research on the wholesale blue book (NOT retail blue) so I have all of the numbers if you need them as well as some auction numbers.
I know some of the year to year changes but not all of them. Steve knows some. His friend Billy and Dave know a lot.
Good Luck.
