I got my H3 back last Friday after the dealer had it for over a week. Tonight, it is dead again. They are on their way out to pick it up for the 3rd time. How many times does a vehicle have to be taken in for the same issue for it to be considered under the Lemon law? Or how many days does it have to be in their possesion. Not sure about your state but under California law its 3 strikes your out for the Lemon Law if they are unable to rectify after 3rd time of same problem.
