Ken -- Interesting thought. I'll ask if they've been buying the el-cheapos at HD. If so, they may never have to buy another small saw again. And they might consider buying future saws there, too.

Your point about choosing the right tool for the job makes sense. Can't say that I ever thought about chain saws like that. (Cutting wood is not an annual thing in Vegas. Thankfully.
