well a dream is coming true for Nav and I , we are getting the heck out of over populated , $hit traffic , etc. etc. southern california .
We are moving to MOAB !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i still cant believe it
we just picked up two parcels for a total of 1.2 acres with Pack Creek running thru it
400 feet of creek , OH YEA and only a mile and a half from lions back
one parcel is a 1/2 acre and has this 3br 2 bath modular on it . the .72 of an acre parcel is where we will build while staying in the modular then it will be a rental .
we are hoping to move by Oct. 1st .
