^the man is correct!

The process is pretty simple but time consuming. I'll give you a quick rundown. There are also youtube vids you can look at if you need more help.

Basically pull out the cluster

Open the cluster, remove the needles (after you mark their position), and gauge face

Then you'll see all the bulbs, you just desolder the burned out bulb base, insert a new bulb into the base and resolder the bulb and base back onto the circuit board.

LED's are a little different story......
