Default "New" Black Grille
Finally got my spare grille prepped, painted and installed. Plastic primer + 2 coats plastic paint (first coat "hammered" finish, second coat "textured" matte black). Seems to match the stock grille guard pretty well.

Notice pic #5, even my dog is black
