I dedicated the weekend to Scotch and Irish Whiskey. In a few short days I've been able to gain a much greater appreciation for good scotch. I definitely like the Balvenie Doublewood. Andy C - great recommendation.

Irish Whiskey, with it's triple distillation process, is really smooth and enjoyable. But I know I've really only scratched the surface with generic brands like Jameson and Tullamore Dew. More to come on that.
