It's got as much as you can expect from an internally mounted winch. The two holes on each side allow access to the switches and plugs and the slot on top allows you to see if the cable is spooling correctly.
The NWLC bumper allows more access to the winch but sticks out a little more so it's a trade off, but its nice to have options.
