If it truly is only a 'slight rub' I would assume that cranking your torsion bars (and/or installing GM green keys) would fix it on the cheap. It'll lift the front a bit and make the truck set more level from front to back. In my experience, this also effected the smoothness of the truck's ride, especially when going over bumps...made it more harsh.

IMO, the best way would be to get a Cognito Upper Control Arm (UCA) kit. It will lift the front, level the truck, reduce that stress on your steering components, and maintain the factory feel to the ride...but this is obviously more expensive than the above.
