Possible, but highly unlikely. You see in Wisconsin you only see a car with a girl in it that is worth speeding up too once about every six months.
I know they are around, I'm just not sure where they are. I hypothesize that the hot chicks of Wi. are living in an extensive cave network somewhere in the western part of the state. But to date my research has not been able to substantiate any of this.
