The fenders are not so flexible that normal paint would not be used without a flex agent. I won't disagree with F5 because he's rarely wrong but in all the years that I sold paint to all divisions of GM, they didn't use much flex agent, usually only on bumper covers. If there is a flex agent in there, it will have no effect on recoat
