I never had any wind noise on my H3 till a week ago. Speedy Auto Glass replaced the windshield. They didn't install the A pillar covers properly. Tha glass place that I recently used for a repair told me that they will not perform any windshield replacement on an H3, unless it's done at the dealer. They will work, in conjunction with the dealer but they will not do it by themselves. The repair/install guy said it's a real PITA to do and sometimes the customer ends up with noise issues.
