Big local news was gasoline going from $2.95 a gallon locally last night to $3.39 a gallon this morning. When a local oil exec was questioned he said it was from scheduled maintenance at a local refinery, nearby. So the inquisitive reporter went to the refinery and was told they were operating at 95%, same as they had all year and that only about 15% of their gasoline was sold within 100 miles..
