Fixed A few of these with the same issue, broken range shift fork. Takes about 20 min. to remove t-case. 10 min coffee break. 15 min to disassemble and find broken parts. 1/2 hr to order parts, all parts in stock except(inset part# here) which is A week away. part arrives 1 weel later and assembled in 1 hour. intalled in truck in 1/2 hour, roadtested and parked in lot. Notice that it's usually parts availability that takes so much time for repairs and the dealer and tech will do just about anything to get the parts as quick as they can as they dont get paid until the job is done, very frustrating as A tech as well as for the customer. Hope ya get your truck back soon, and so does your dealer but there hands are tied when it comes to getting parts.
