Default Re: Time to fix the hummer

I am very interested in this topic as well. I have a 2008 and I've already replaced the passenger front and rear window motor/mechanisms due to failure of the plastic parts (and have driver side front & back in a box in my garage for when (not if) the plastic parts fail on those). My headlights are looking horrible and I want to go LED on those if I get some good recommendations. I'm also partly through a conversion of the marker lights to LEDs, but am a bit stymied at the moment due to front turn signal LED replacements causing the factory LED marker lights to go inoperable (suspect a resistor is required for the new turn signal LEDs). I purchased replacement roof marker lights at a ridiculous cost (will carry that anger to my damned grave) and am on the cusp of replacing all weatherstripping if I can get a decent price (gmpartsdirect wants $418+ just for shipping, insanity).

So yeah, I am very interested in this topic.
