I'm in the process of fixing mine right now. Easy Ed's pictorial made the process very easy and without experiencing the usual feeling of, "what the heck am I going to break while trying to fix something else?"

I squirted a bunch of Liquid Wrench in mine and the motor still will not turn after an hour or so. But it is good to know others have soaked their motors a long time without damaging the insulated windings.
