The rear box is approximate 24sqft in area, not sure what you also want volume. As for the daily driver question, the H1 was not built for the same purposes as most road going cars. It's very wide, has a fairly rough ride [similar to z06 IMO], is very noisy, limited visibility, can be a handful to park and manuver around crowded city areas, etc. That isn't considering any financial elements like tires, fuel, insurance, etc. It's very roomy though! I'd suggest you take a broad look using this
auto forum search engine and see if the h1 will satisfy your wants. You can't go wrong with a c6 either but they are on opposite sides functionality wise. Fun to drive wise, might be fairly close.
