I dug up some more photos. These are from the 2004 interior, which I think is identical (minus the shifters) to the 2006.
Looks like the defroster should still clear the door...
And it appears the lower side of the doghouse in unchanged.
Again, window controls would need to be rerouted.

Here, it appears again the lower sections of the hump are unchanged. Could easily be covered with a matching material at a shop probably.
