That's true. Same with Mother's Day (flowers and resaurants), Father's Day (tie's and Home Depot), Grandparent's Day (cards), Secretary's Day (Bed, Bath and Beyond, etc.)......
The list is endless and they were all contrived by some greedy corporate monsters....
Teacher's Day (apple growers), Boss's Day (Pen makers), Postal Worker's Day (S&W)....
