Go with me on this one. Offer them $10K "for the funny colored Jeep"(make sure to have your poker face on). Act like you don't really want it. Play low ball with them. If they counter with $17K, offer them 9. Believe me, they want to sell that thing. It's your job to find out how badly they want to sell it.
