If your putting the camera in the back just run the wire thriugh the interior(you probobly dont have to remove panels just tuck them in)
There are some trailering wires in a cluster just above rear bumper.
If you have a wire that needs to go through the firewall,theres a grommit on the drivers side that you can get a wire through.(its easy if you have a 6 inch coat hanger wire to get it through and tie on and tape wire needed to it and just pull it through.
I seen others here mount the monitor in front of drivers side piller,Im sure you will see some pics if you use search.  Good luck list some pics of install
