how did you know? 
I am looking for a "winter" season set! That want i can just swap rims/tires out, rather than bringing everything down to get mounted.

I don't think you"ll find many dealers on the East coast doing that anymore.
Bling wheels do not hold up well here and most dealers do not want the hassel of a bad CSI report because of pitting chrome on aftermarket wheels.
