yup...
The company indicated, in this case, that the engine could stall and not restart due to an engine defect, but there have been no accidents or injuries relating to the fault.
Last week, three Toyota executives came under criminal investigation for allegedly shirking recalls for eight years and not fixing a fault that may have led to an accident, the AP reported.
