Re: Custom Subwoofer boxs?
I had that box made for mine by Car Toys in the South Seattle Washington store. It was $400 and took some new clips for rhw back panel (they really wore out the old ones)

Re: Custom Subwoofer boxs?
Was it $400 with the JL Speakers or just the box was $400? Man, I liked that setup...... I need to find someone around here to make one

Re: Custom Subwoofer boxs?
That setup belongs to bparker. He is in Dallas, and had http://www.earmarkcaraudio.com/ in Plano make it. $1425-$1700, depending on the speakers/amp/wiring.

Well, yeah... hello? Because it is for the H3, that automatically triples the price than if it was for say a Tahoe! But, of course, if you really want one... the aftermarket should have it in about 5 years!!! After they make one for the Toyota FJ, Jeep JK, Honda whatever, Hyundai Santa Fe, Dodge mega mini van, etc. etc. etc...

Thats correct... When I called to have them make me one by the guy that did it. I was told he wasn't working there anymore. I brought a picture if that setup to car toys and asked "How much?"
$400 for the box and took 2 days. I already bought a set of 8" Punch subs and ran an amp where the facrotry sub was.
I also did not leave the speakers exposed and had fabric put across so its not as tempting to passer bys.

Good speakers and amps aren't cheap... Get the $400 empty box, buy speakers, amps, wiring and your back up there again.

Re: Custom Subwoofer boxs?
So you are getting the box then for about $200, assuming you want some profit? I'll take a box if it looks like the one in the pic.
