Default Elbow Rest, do they come off?

Do the Elbow Rest-Arm Rest come off like the head rest does?

Whats the procedure if so?

Thanks

Im installing some Wet Okole Seat Covers 4 pieces, seat, head, back and arm rest, the arm rest isnt fitting as it should.

I found this:
Quote:

1. lean seat forward
2. At the back/bottom of the seat undo the plastic "J" hook (it runs the length of the seat).
3. Push the front side of the leather under the back of seat so you can reach it from the front.
4. Gently pull the leather up around the armrest.
5. Reach up under fabric (on the front side), push the foam aside and remove the horseshoe shaped clip with a screwdriver (fish out of seat with magnet if you drop it) and pull armrest straight out. Hope this helps (10 min project, and .00 to fix armrest)
Hope it helps.
