For those of you with i-pods and other type thing-a-ma-gigs...

I was just ar HOME DEPOT in Miami and they had a Wireless
Belkin fm Transmitter that you can plug your i-pod into and transmit so sound to the fm of your radio. It had a wide range of frequencies starting at 88.1 to much higher (?)

They were on sale for $40 (don't know the reg price or the quality of the sound)

JUST A FYI...

Don't believe so. They did offer a separate head unit that did play MP3 discs. Worked good too, until I pulled it, placed it on my desk and installed the AVIC.

Do you have an '07? The NAV manual for '06 does not say anything about MP3.

I'm sorry for the confusion. I just mis-typed. The Mind did one thing and fingers did another. It did say on the sticker with the Lux package that it played MP3s. However when I added the Nav to the sticker it removed the MP3 capabilities. Confusing and the salesman didn't help the matter by telling me it would play them.

My Bose Wave system plays them just fine. You can turn your MP3s back into the format that the H3 will play but that defeets the purpose of MP3 and over 100 songs on a disc. You would think that the High end unit would play them. You would think that ANY new CD player would be able to play them.
