Default 2008 Ride Height....

I have an '05 SUT with the adventure and luxury package, and the dealership loaned me a '08 SUT with the luxury package but with out the air suspension package. The 08 seems like it is riding lower than my 05, anyone know if this is true? Does the air suspension make the ride height higher in the normal position? Or am I growing in my old age instead of shrinking....ha

I have an '06 SUT with the Adventure package and air suspension. It rides at the same height, but you can use the trailer function to even out the height of the rear if you are towing or you can use the raise the rear feature that gives you about 2 and half inches more height in the back. The air suspension is working all the time to keep the H2 level. I've noted when I throw heavy sand bags in the bed it will go on by itself to keep the SUT level even with the motor off at rest. If you are off roading park on a steep incline and listen to the air pump work as you get out. In '06, AM General switched to a pump made for them by Devilibis, which is superior to '05 pump.
