Thumbs down Valentine 1 overhead console wiring help

Hi All,
I'm new to the forum and two hummer (my H2 is 1 day old).
I wanted to hard wire my Valentine 1 by tapping into the sunroof switch as was suggested in this forum but when I connect the v1 to the orange wire for +12v and black for ground from the sunroof switch the sunroof opened and v1 didn't work.

Any suggestions or help will be greatly appreciated.

Default Re: Valentine 1 overhead console wiring help

Found the right wires (I think)...
I disconnect the plug from the sunroof motor and used the blue wire for 12volts and black for ground.

The schema says that the blue is RAP 12v while the orange is fused for sunroof but I measured constant 12v on it regardless if the switch is on or off.
