The Smart Car was devoleped for Europe, The reason of its odd small look is to be practical in the European City enviroment, unlike in The U.S. you have to parrellel park just about everywhere, and that car makes it simple, also it gets great gas mileage, and for city driving we all know how much we'd like good gas mileage!
